Welcome to Joyfuldiscovery. By accessing our shop or using our automotive services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a transparent and professional relationship between our skilled mechanics and our valued customers.
All repairs require written or verbal authorization before work commences. We provide detailed diagnostic testing and will notify you of any additional issues discovered during the repair process. Joyfuldiscovery reserves the right to refuse service on vehicles that are deemed unsafe or beyond reasonable repair limits.
We pride ourselves on honest pricing. Estimates are based on current labor rates and part costs. While we strive for accuracy, final costs may vary by up to 10% without additional notification if unforeseen minor parts are required. Any significant changes to the estimate will be communicated for approval.
Joyfuldiscovery provides a limited warranty on parts and labor for specific periods (typically 12 months or 20,000km, whichever comes first). We are not liable for pre-existing damage, indirect losses, or issues arising from customer-supplied parts. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts in Toronto, Ontario.
